Commercial Asphalt/ShinglesShingles come in three categories: good, better and bestBecause all of our installations are performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, we include an enhanced, non-prorated manufacturer’s warranty for labor and materials. A good shingle is a 25 or 30 year 3 tab or 30 year laminated/architectural shingle. This installation is protected by the manufacturer’s non-prorated warranty against product and application defects for 15 years. A better shingle is a Lifetime, 50 year heavier weight laminated/architectural shingle. This installation is protected by the manufacturer’s non-prorated warranty against product defects for 50 years and application defects for 20 years. A best shingle is the heaviest weight Lifetime laminated/architectural shingle. This installation is also protected by the manufacturer’s non-prorated warranty against product defects for 50 years and application defects for 20 years. These warranties are offered by the GAF and CertainTeed manufacturers. GAF has the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval and also includes a written 40 point after-installation inspection for the building owner. All warranty agreements are between the manufacturer and the building owner.
